Boy With Special Needs Gets a Service Dog of His Own

Michael’s Angel Paws, a nonprofit, has given Zee, a fourteen-year-old boy from Las Vegas with autism his own and new service dog. Epi, a two-year-old Border Collie, will be Zee’s new partner in life. Zee was able to get Epi through the partnership of Findlay’s Subaru and Michael’s Angel Paws where the car company paid for the dog’s training and certification.

“They have like a schedule every day to go out, to go walk around the neighborhood. You know that really helped him [Zee] release some anxiety,” says Binh Lee, Zee’s father. Zee received Epi last Sunday, June 27, 2021, and has already improved not only the boy’s but also his family’s life.
