Don’t Forget the Unfortunate Ones

While our news feeds are flooded by goofy animals providing us isolation relief, there are strays who don’t get the share of attention and care. These stray animals rely on vegetable markets for food. As human activity is exponentially reduced and businesses are closed, these animals are facing starvation.

Here small daily acts which people can do to help stray animals be safe and healthy:

  • Place water and food bowls outside your houses.
  • Coordinate with other residents in your neighborhood to do the same and help the strays in your locality avoid starvation.
  • Speak to local authorities and animal welfare organizations for animal assistance as they can aid in decision making and help in caring for stray animals during the pandemic.
