Valentines Day Celebration Benefits Local Rescue

The Tiny Hooves Rescue and Petting Zoo hosted its annual animal-gram fundraiser for three years in a row now. The money raised will be used by the local rescue program for the upkeep of the petting zoo and to help more animals in need.

Shelby Michalewicz, who runs the non-profit, said, “A lot of times in the community if (people) find something they will take it to the animal shelter, but usually animal shelters aren’t equipped to take on exotic or livestock animals,” she added, “We wanted to be a source for the community for all the above that are not a cat or a dog.”
